We ONLY accept memberships from NEWFOUNDLAND, NEW BRUNSWICK, NOVA SCOTIA, and PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND. If you are not living in one of these Canadian provinces your membership will be denied. Also, while the Atlantic BDSM Forum is an open forum for discussion, there needs to be a little bit of structure to help prevent the Forum from degenerating into a useless, obscene free for all. So, when posting or taking part in a discussion please keep the following things in mind: Posting Categories Please keep discussions contained to their related categories. If there seems to be no category for a topic you wish to discuss then post it under General Discussion or Off-Topic (if it’s vanilla-related). Cross-Posting Do not post the same message in multiple categories; one post goes in one category, not all across the Forum. Cross-posting is considered spam. Subjects When creating a new thread use a meaningful and descriptive subject line to describe your post. Other members of the Forum should be able to discern what your thread is about by reading the subject line and without having to open your thread. Personal Attacks If you have personal issues with someone do not bring it into the Forum. This is not an arena nor is it high school. Privacy Respect the privacy of other members. There is zero tolerance for disclosing any sort of personal information about any others member they do not disclose themselves; doing so may result in a permanent ban from the Forum. Excessive Language Most people will use the occasional curse word here and there, and that’s fine. However, cursing up a storm like a sea legged sailor on a dry dock is not. Trolling Aggressive posting in an attempt to get negative attention is not acceptable, nor trying to turn a thread into a drama theatre. Trolls belong under the bridge, not in the Forum. Hooking Up While the Forum is a great resource for meeting new people who share your interests, remember that this is not your personal pick up bar. Generally speaking, people here do not like to be asked to meet up with strangers, and jumping from one person to the next asking to 'hook up' will be considered trolling. Ads Commercial postings belong in the classifieds section. Period. |
